2024 Christmas Tree Request Form
    *This form is only for the active military units who have partnered with "Thanks With A Tree" in previous years or are requesting to partner for 2024 holidays.

    - Please  submit your requests by 11/29/24
    - Christmas trees will be 5ft to 6ft.
    - We would like to deliver trees to the 1072nd on 12/7/24 at 10am
        ** If your unit wishes to have a difference deliver date or location, let us know in the Notes box below.
    - Marty Martinez will contact you to discuss in more detail.
    - Thank you for your requests, we are honored to gift your unit with Christmas trees as a Thank you for your service!

    2024 Christmas season we would like to offer Christmas stockings for your military children.

    - Please  submit your requests by 11/29/24
    - We may not have the stockings on the same day as the Tree delivery, but you receive by 12/14/24
    - Marty Martinez will contact you to discuss more detail.
