    2026 Christmas Tree Request Form
    *This form is only for the active military units who have partnered with "Thanks With A Tree" in previous years or are requesting to partner for 2026 holidays.

    - Please  submit your requests by Sunday, 11/15/26
    - Christmas trees will be 5ft to 6ft.
    - We would like to deliver trees to the Hammerfield on Saturday, 12/5/2026 at 10am
        ** If your unit wishes to have a difference deliver date or location, let us know in the Notes box below.
    - Marty Martinez will contact you to discuss in more detail.
    - Thank you for your requests, we are honored to gift your unit with Christmas trees as a Thank you for your service!
