While custom products often don't include guarantees, at We Print Your Stuff we stand behind our work.

If the customized products you receive differ materially from what was designed, the products arrived flawed or damaged, or your rush order was late, please fill out our customer care form and one of our experienced Customer Care Reps will work with you to find a solution. Just let us know of any issues within 30 days of receiving your order.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can submit a return or exchange within thirty (30) days of purchase if the item(s) is in the original condition and unused. All returned items are subject to inspection prior to processing. Exchange shipping for different colors or sizes is complimentary within the US. We do not provide complimentary returns or exchanges for those outside of the US. Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable through The Lab Gear Llc.

DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS
-Unfortunately this can happen sometimes, but thankfully not very often. Regardless of your shipment country, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, no need to worry, we’ll make sure you are taken care of. For the fastest resolution, please send us a photo showing the poor quality print or the damaged area of the item and the order number. A request for replacement needs to be made within 7-10 days of receiving the purchase.
